Return, Replacement & Refund
Most products purchased from Medvacc.com may be returned either to a store or by mail within a maximum of two days of purchase date and must be accompanied by the original receipt included with the delivery. At the point of packaging for delivery, we ensure that all products/items are in good condition. However, If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the unused or untampered item within the stipulated window for such and we will refund the full price. However, in a case where the cause of return is on you, we may not accept the return. Hence, ensure that your orders are adequately thought through before the orders are placed.
Returning Online Product Order
You may follow one of these two standard return methods:
1. Return Items to a Medvacc outlet.
Bring the product, receipt, and payment method (if applicable) to any Medvacc outlet within two days of the purchase date for immediate credit to your bank account or by cash. Whichever is most applicable will be followed at the time of transaction.
Products returned without any receipt is subject to the approval of the pharmacy management and will be refunded as another product of equivalent rate. If you do not have the original receipt, please talk with the superintendent pharmacy in-store.
2. Ship Items to a Medvacc Pharmacy.
You may mail the product(s) in the original packaging and original receipt to our pharmacy. But for fast response, it is advisable to use option 1.
Items not eligible for Return
Please, note that the listed products are not eligible for return:
•Food and Beverages
•Cold biological products.
•Cold chain products requiring special temperature for storage purposes i.e. vaccines.
We do advise that products due for return be free of scratches, rust stains, dents, discoloration, peel, and tear, or any other disfiguration of product form, aesthetics, or looks. If these or any related scars or deformation are found on the product item Medvacc Pharmacy may not deem it befitting for return as the case may be.
However, in the case of prescriptions, if you feel we have made an error in filling the prescription, please call Customer Care with details of the error. We will request special authorization for a return of the prescription
Delivery costs are non-refundable. If your refund has been processed, the cost of return for delivery will be deducted from the refund value. Depending on your location, the delivery-time required to get the replacement may vary.
